1.修改/etc/inetd.conf文件,找到

ftp streamtcp6 nowaitroot /usr/sbin/in.ftpd in.ftpd

telnetstreamtcp6 nowaitroot /usr/sbin/in.telnetd in.telnetd

这两行,去掉前面的注释;

2. 重启inetd进程;( ps -ef|grep inetd ,查出pid; 然后 执行 kill -HUP pid)

另外看你的/etc/ftpusers 文件中是否存在禁止登陆的用户名;
